Facing south, a palm tree shades part of the garden at the warmest hours of the day, for a quiet and cool afternoon siesta. Outside shower; very pleasant when back from the beach. House is on the same level - fully fitted kitchen. Living room opens on to a very large terrace with BBQ and flowered garden - 2 bedrooms and bathroom. House is comfortable and very well fitted. Also highly enjoyable before and after season (heating) Private parking. Access to the beach on foot from the house through the mountain on stairs leading to either the small port or onto the beach (a 15 minutes walk) Access to the beach is also possible by car (2 km) Arborous and residential environment. Excellent restaurant with large swimming pool nearby - (+access to WIFI) at 400 m from the house. Very easy for children to make friends amongst the holiday makers at swimming pool or games.
