Two of the double bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, the third is situated in the charming tower of the villa. One spacious bathroom consisting of a wash basin, toilet, bidet and shower cubicle. An extra washbasin in the tower bedroom. The washing machine is situated in the garage.
Outdoor features: A cosy and covered balcony with breath taking sea view, swimmingpool (6x3), BBQ, garden with parasols, lounge beds and garden furniture for outdoor dining. Parking on the driveway.
