Spacious and very sunny with four bedrooms. One big bedroom with queen size bed, one with two single beds. One with trundle bed, and a smaller bedroom with a double bed.
Two bathrooms; one with bathtub with shower fixtures and bidet, and the second one with shower stall.
Wide living room opened to one of the most well-known, tree-lined boulevard of Barcelona and comfortable dining area with table and chairs for eight people.
Separate kitchen with all what you may need for your stay.

Traditional wooden windows that open to the balconies.
Bath towels and bed linens are provided.
Beach towels are not provided.
Cot for babies upon request. Baby linens are not provided.
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, gas hob stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, juice squeezer, electric kettle, coffee and tea pots, and all necessary equipment for cooking.
Wide elegant building from the first half of the 20th century with the original elevator restored with traditional glass and wooden cabin typical of the period.
The normal minimum stay required in this apartment is of 3 nights. For special dates a longer minimum stay could be required.
One child under 2 years is free.
Minimum price is from one to four guests. there is a surcharge of 20 Euros for eac other guest till a maximum of 8.
From November 1st 2012 there is a new obligatory Catalonian tourism tax of 0.72 � per person per night, not included in the total to be paid for the rental, that is applicable and must be paid in cash at the time of the entry into the apartment. This tax is paid for a minimum of one night and a maximum of seven nights.
Children under the age of 17 are exempt.
WI-FI Internet connection in the apartment is free of charge. Any incidence or problem concerning the Internet service due to the communications company that provides it (such as connection failures, signals, router, maintenance, etc.) will not reduce the total price for the apartment.
Smoking is only permited outside on the balconies.
