It is only 20 meter from the beach and offers fantastic views over the marina and on to Barcelona old town and the mountains around the city. The building was built in 2008 and is designed with beautiful furniture and interior decoration. The relaxing zone, southwest-facing terrace and infinity pool, make it one of the most unique apartments in Barcelona and a great base to play or work in Barcelona. When you enter the apartment, the hall which is giving directly access to the large open living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and all the electric appliances you need.
