The really enormous and sunny private and furnished terrace - 60 m2 is a decent space - with sea views and the spacious communal swimmingpool with separate children's pool, set in a large well-kept garden with sun loungers, make this flat easy to feel at home for a large period of time.
This 90 m2 flat is set on a fifth floor (with elevator). It includes a large living and dining area, a separate very well equipped kitchen with en extra table and chairs. It has three bedrooms, of which one master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and another bedroom with a single and an extra bed. Two bathrooms, of which both have a bathtub and a separate shower, but one has, on top, a bidet and a jacuzzi, make the offer complete. There is lots of storage space in the bedrooms and hallway. Both the livingroom and the masterbedroom have windows that open onto the impressive private terrace. This brand new building from Summer 2009 is set in the newly developed Diagonal Mar area.
