The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer, toaster, kettle, oven. The lounge also has a sofa, TV, dining table and chairs. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, iron and hear dryer. It is the first floor with elevator (only two-floor building, very quiet and new).
