It is a bright and charming studio full 20 m2 one room!
Consists of a unique space with a sofa bed for 2 persons, TV, large wardrobe, bookshelves, a table and a kitchenette refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, pans, dishes, silverware ...
The bathroom has a small shower-bath, WC and washbasin.
Opening window is located on a small balcony facing the street Sant Pere Mitja.
Given that the apartment is located in the city center, you can not park directly below the building.
