The tranquility and practicality of this nice place make up for the few natural daylight and limited views.
This 70 m2 apartment is located on a fourth floor (with elevator). The spacious livingroom with sitting and dining area includes a high bar-like dining table with barchairs. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen. The flat offers two bedrooms, both with wardrobes: one with a double bed and a second one with a single bed and there is an additional bed available. The masterbedroom has its own en-suite design bathroom with shower. The second bedroom can use the other bathroom, also with shower, in the hallway.
