Gran Via A is set on the third floor (with elevator) of a modernist building by one of Barcelona's most notorious architects: Dom�nech i Montaner. His daughter used to live on the first floor.
The 120 m2 apartment has a very practical and efficient distribution. The spacious livingroom is located next to the kitchen (with a separate small room with the washing machine). The three bedrooms are all quite large and have spacious cupboards. Two are located on the street's side (with double glass windows to ensure tranquility), of which one has a double bed and one two single beds. The third bedroom has a window giving into the interior court and contains a single sofa-bed and a desk. A plus because hard to find in Barcelona are definitely the two fully equipped and marble bathrooms, both with bath/shower combination
