Thanks to its location on a fifth floor in a new building, this place has a lot of natural daylight. This 100 m2 flat has a spacious and pleasant living and dining area and separate fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with a double bed; one has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub which can also be used as a shower, and a large cupboard. Those using the second bedroom can shower in the second bathroom, and organise their belongings in the cupboard in the third room, which also includes a desk. From the main bedroom you can access the 6 m2 balcony; with its table and four chairs and a real home-gym it is a great spot to relax and enjoy the sea air.
