In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation one month (1) before arrival or less, the first night shall be paid.
