The apartment is situated in the old town, El Raval, a lively district that is becoming more popular. The building is located on the sidewalk, and the apartment overlooks the inner courtyard, so it is very quiet. All major tourist attractions of Barcelona are within walking distance. A few minutes away from the apartment Ramblas and MACBA. In the area there are many bars, restaurants and clubs. El Raval is a safe neighborhood, so there is no problem with the night return to the apartment. A few hundred meters from the apartment there is a bazaar of Sant Antoni and the subway stop. Within 15 minutes walk you can get to the port, and within 20 minutes to the beach.
The apartment is located on the third floor, the building has no elevator. Overall the surface is 48m2. It consists of an open kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. Prepared for 4 people. It has been completely renovated in 2006. The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with new furniture-double king-size bed, 2 single beds (pushed together and used as a sofa in the living room). The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, washing machine, fridge, microwave). The apartment is air-conditioned and centrally heated. We provide linen and towels.
