Sótano: zona deportiva y garaje cubierto para 2 vehículos. Encontrara un original frontón para jugar a pelota, squash o frontenis. También hay bicicleta estática y varias de montaña. Una diana para jugar a los dardos.
Planta baja: Una cocina de última generación, comedor, salón con biblioteca, sofás y televisión de plasma, y otra zona para relax frente a la chimenea. Todas las zonas son exteriores, con vistas al fantástico bosque que rodea el palacio. Aseo a mano al lado de la cocina.
1ª planta: 6 habitaciones, 2 de los cuales tienen baño incorporado. Otras 4 habitaciones tienen 2 baños en común, uno en cada lado del pasillo. Una ducha con sauna. Dos balcones.
Elegante ático de madera.
Bosque de hayas y robles, con zona de relax.
Hamacas y tumbonas para tomar el sol.
