From the time of making our booking Xabier Maresma was a superb host. Prior to our arrival he answered our queries, emailed us information on San Sebastián. He was punctual, helpful and courteous. The apartment is in a top location, in pristine condition, very comfortable, everything supplied for a wonderful stay. Thank you Xabier, we wish it could have been longer.

Amazing location
Amazing location, right in the heart of San Sebastian, a short walk from both the beaches and the old town. The apartment easily accommodated 4 people, but would have comfortably handled 5. Xabier was an excellent host, providing us with great recommendations and ideas on what to do

Wonderful Central Location
We had a great stay at this apartment - wonderful central location made it very easy to stroll into the old town or pop to the beach. Nice apartment with everything you need, and Xabier's recommendations he will send you for best restaurants, bars, and walks etc are very helpful.

Well Appointed Apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment in the middle of San Sebastian. It is well appointed, very clean and easy to go to and from all of the old city. Xabier was there to meet us and give us any information we needed. Finding ones way around was delightful.

Wonderful stay in Xabier\'s apartment
We had a wonderful stay in Xabier's apartment in San Sebastian. The location was perfect, very easy to walk to the beaches, the old city, Gros and anywhere else you want to go. He met us at the apartment and despite the fact we were an hour late, he happily waited for us and didn't make it out to be a problem. The apartment was very spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable, which made for a great nights sleep. Xabier also made us a booklet of recommendations for places to go around town and we went to two of the restaurants he recommended, which were both outstanding and fabulous value for money! We would not hesitate in recommending Xabier to anyone wanting to stay in San Seb. We would definitely be happy to return! Thanks Xabier for having us! Jessica & Luke :-)

Excellent stay at Xabier’s place
We had am excellent stay at Xabier’s place. Although there was only 2 of us the place would be very comfortable for a family. We pick the place given its location and cleanliness. As advertised it’s walking distance to the old town area and port. Although the area is active during the day its pleasantly quiet at night on a wide walking street. It was also close to the bus into down and the airport bus out of town. His apartment is clean, comfortable and well furnished.

Excellent Location
This apartment is in an excellent location - easy walking distance from the beach and main attractions (shopping, old town and waterfront). The apartment itself is in a secure building, in a quiet and elegant street with boutiques and cafes on your doorstep and a supermarket nearby. The living room, bathroom and bedrooms are all spacious and in great condition. We were very happy with the location and all the furnishing and amenities provided. Xabier was an excellent agent - he provided detailed information on how to get to San Sebastian, and also maps, a short history of the old town and new town, and some excellent recommendations for restaurants and pintxos bars to try.

Large, clean and perfect apartment
Xabier's apartment is large, clean, light and airy and perfectly located in the heart of San Sebastian. The perfect base for a few days of exploring the town. And there's a washing machine too, which was great as we'd been on the road for a while!

The apartment is located in the heart of San Sebastian , in the main shopping area and pedestrian precincts . This is an exclusive location on the fourth floor of a modern building with elevator. The building was completely renovated in 2005 and , therefore, has been completely renovated. Top quality materials and equipment were used in the reconstruction of the building and is equipped with all amenities. Hump is an accommodation in the resort equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday in San Sebastian. It is a 60 square meters apartment decorated in an elegant and at the same time , simple, where light colors are used mainly. It is equipped with first class design furniture.
There is a living plan spacious and bright dining room , where a window facing a quiet street overlooking the hall . The modern kitchen has quality appliances such as kettle , coffee maker, oven, microwave , washer, dryer , toaster , dishes, cutlery , glasses, cups , etc. The TV also has a DVD and store card Free video relax after a hard day watching your favorite movie . The video store is 100 meters away. Getaria The holiday apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed ( 180 cm ) and the second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm ). Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are very quiet rooms. The rooms are facing a pedestrian street. There is also an additional bed that can be used in the case of five. Getaria The apartment also has radiant heating , so all the soil warms to add to housing unparalleled comfort in the coldest days.
