All exterior windows with a view to the mountains and the marsh (where there is a bird observatory). Fully equipped for six people comfortably accommodated, no sofa-bed. There is also a cot and a high chair for a baby.
Kitchen-living room of 26 m? with a balcony and: smoke alarm, washing machine, vitrocer?mica cooker, smoke extractor, dishwasher, oven, microwaves, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, juicer, blender and iron. There?s also a Lcd television 26?, Dvd, Hi-Fi mini-chain (radio, Cd and cassettes) and calendar/thermometer.
Internet Adsl 10 Mb and wi-fi.
Heating and hot water by natural gaz with a wireless programmer. Quick Step floors, ideal for allergics, on hall, corridor and 3 bedrooms of over 15 m?. One bedroom with a terrace and an articulated Swissflex bed of 150 x 200 cm. Another bedroom with a bed of 135 x 190 cm. The third bedroom has two beds of 105 x 190 cm.

From the balcony, during the local fiestas (14th to 19th August) you can see the "encierro" (people running with the bulls) which starts at 08:00 o?clock in the morning.
