Close enough to Old Town to enjoy its atractions and lively day atmosphere but far enough so as not to suffer its annoying night life noise in some of its streets. Placed in a safe and lively Bilbao local people district. Close to the river and one of the biggest parks in Bilbao. If you can walk for 15 minutes and you want to see real local life, this is your place.
Although we are new in this website we have been renting our property since 2009. So, we offer real proffesional treatment.
