The villa is beautifully situated on the edge of the Pula golf course, below the road connecting Son Servera - Capdepera, pretty quiet as the house faces the golf course and the coast. From two rooms and from the terrace you can see down to the sea in the distance. The holiday home Mallorca has beautiful open and covered terraces with dining area, large lawns and a gorgeous view of the countryside. The spacious pool 10 x 6 has a brick stair access, water depth about 1.45 up to 2.50 m. approx 250sqm of living space, living / dining area with exit to the terrace, kitchen, 1 large bedroom (bed 160x200) with shower / WC en suite , 1 double bedroom (bed 150x200), 1 twin bedroom (2 x 100x200), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90x180), 1 shower / WC, 1 guest toilet.
