All just 300 meters from the Cala Torret village, with it's little port, a handy supermarket & bakery and a very interesting gastronomic selection. it is also just 10 minute walking distance from the Binibeca beach. No doubt, this is a perfect option for a perfect holiday home. The house has 4 double bedrooms, that sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a double bed, with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with unique sea views. On the same level, we find a bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. Both share a full bathroom with separate shower and bath. On the lower floor of the house, we find the fourth bedroom, with independent access, which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The lounge is spacious, with large windows that access the main terrace, and has comfortable leather sitting. It is connected, by 2 steps, to the dining area. The kitchen is next, and is totally equipped, including 2 ovens and a little utility room with the washing machine and access to hanging area. Next to the dining area, we also have a little library/study area. The exteriors are highlighted by a spectacular covered terrace with sea views and comfortable seating areas, as well as a large built in dining table and barbecue, ideal for al fresco moments. The pool terrace has plenty of sun loungers and shades. The owners of this property accept animals with a deposit. Check with our agents for further information. The access to the property is up the main stairway, where you first find the pool terrace level, and a little higher the main covered terrace that gives access to the insides, where you will find: Lounge and dining area, connected by 2 steps.
