The house is only 1 km away from Sant Lluis town and 6 km away of the Binibeca & Binisafua beaches.
Inside, the house has 2 levels. On the ground level, you will find a large and well equipped kitchen, with a breakfast table and access to a laundry area. A large dining room and sitting area, with TV and Music player. You will also find the main bedroom, with a dressing area and large en-suite bathroom, with walk in shower, another bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed. On the top level, you will find 2 double bedrooms with single beds and access to a sunny terrace. Both have air conditioning units. At the end of the corridor, you will find a large bathroom with Jacuzzi.
Outside, the house has different areas to enjoy. A covered terrace for al fresco dining, a barbecue area with a large grill, and also, the pool area, with plenty of sun beds. All surrounded by several "tancas" with tall pine trees that offer a splendid shade.
Located at a short distance from the city center of Sant Lluis, driving to the Binibeca & Binisafua beaches, you will find a hole new area of homes and country houses, known as S'Uestrà. There is a popular supermarket, highly recommended for its fresh meat, fruit & vegetables. It also has fresh bread, groceries, drinks, etc. It is also an area with some dining offers, such as the pizzeria Villa Madrid or the more sophisticated Anakena & Sa Caraba. Also, Torret is just a stroll away, with the recommended Pan y Vino & Sa Pedrera des Pujol. At the end of the road, next to the crossing, there is also a prehistoric site (Talaiot).

Cancelation policy
In case of cancelation of the booking, the guest will be reimbursed the deposit paid, except for the following circumstances, in which REDORKA SL will charge the follwoing compensation amounts:
50 % of the booking when cancelation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival date.
75 % of the booking when cancelation is made between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival date.
100 % of the booking when cancelation is made 7 days prior to arrival date.
* Tripz.com recommends never sending unsecure funds to an owner such as Western Union or cash.
