How to reach shops, restaurants, bars and the old town with its picturesque market in just a few minutes walk and enjoy the Villa Puig de Maria still seclusion and tranquility. Another special feature distinguishes the villa: The private pool is heated and is covered during the cooler season from a mobile hall. So a year-round swimming pleasure is possible. If you prefer the beach, it has not come: The sandy bay of Pollensa and the three intimate beaches of Cala San Vicente can be reached by car in a few minutes.
