Home Description

A winding private drive off a country lane leads to the villa. The large pool is slightly raised and is set in a terrace surrounded by trees which give the garden an unusually tropical feel. The villa owner takes great personal pride in the maintaining the house and its lovely gardens, something which has ensured a high level of repeat visits by guests over the years. Accommodation is conveniently all on the ground floor with rooms well furnished with comfortable seating and decorated in an attractive Majorcan style. There are three good sized bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom plus a further full bathroom and an exterior shower room and WC. A spacious but cosy lounge has traditional built-in seating around an open fireplace and a recently refurbished kitchen is complete with microwave and dishwasher.
The villa sits in over 1 acre of non-overlooked gardens and has superb views across the surrounding countryside to mountains beyond. Adjacent to the villa is a lovely covered dining terrace where you can enjoy a leisurely lunch at the large picnic bench, shaded from the hot midday sun. Steps leads up to the rectangular swimming pool which has both ladder and integral steps. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace, equipped with sun-loungers and flanked with tropical palms and shrubs.

Camp de l’Alzina is a traditional whitewashed Mallorcan villa in a rural setting just 3km from Pollensa Old Town. The villa is approached via a private drive off a country lane and is in an ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing villa holiday in the sun. It is only a short drive from local amenities. The nearest beach is at Puerto Pollensa, around 7.5km away whilst a good choice of shops and restaurants can be found further inland in the Old Town area.

Pollensa Bay is a beautiful horseshoe shaped bay with sheltered waters and a number of excellent beaches. Puerto Pollensa was originally a fishing village which has blossomed into a popular family-friendly resort with a gently shelving sandy beach. There are lots of water sports on offer here from jet skiing to windsurfing and the beach has good facilities including beach side cafes, sunbeds hire and pedalos. There is also a prestigious sailing club. Puerto Pollensa has a wide traffic free promenade which extends along the seafront from the marina, past shops, cafes and galleries before narrowing to the ‘Pine Walk’ skirting the bay. Take a stroll along here in the evening and you can stop off for a drink at one of the pavement cafes and watch a variety of street performers at work, from live singers to artists and sand sculptors.
