Sunlight floods into the enormous living space from full-height windows along the front wall. There's a lounge, dining and kitchen areas, and a mezzanine above - with amazing views out to sea. The kitchen has lots of storage space and appliances including a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. The apartment opens out from the lounge onto a private balcony with magnificent views over the bay. There's a lovely double bedroom with an antique Mallorcan bed, twin beds on the mezzanine - up a spiral staircase from the living area - and a bench-style seating section in an area to the side of the lounge. There's a family bathroom with a bath, a shower and double basins. The Penthouse is a great space, high up over the bay - it's on the fifth floor, reached by a lift plus a short flight of stairs.
