It is the ideal villa for enjoying an evening drink on the terrace admiring the bay of Pollensa.
The villa is just a quick drive down to Puerto Pollensa where there are fantastic restaurants, the beach and a weekly fruit and vegetable market on Wednesdays. If you prefer to walk it is around 25 minutes into town.
El Putxet de Gotmar offers lovely views of the bay of Pollensa. Sitting on the hilltop by Puerto Pollensa this is a great villa for enjoying views of the town and bay ahead of you. With terraces on each floor and a large french door by the sofa area you can admire the views all day.
