A mere 15 minute walk to Puerto Pollensa's harbour, restaurants and shops. The perfect villa for families with children of all ages.
A large terrace on the first floor, offers fantastic views over the beach and bay of Pollensa. A small garden with a few pine trees in the front separate the villa from the road. The pool and external dining room are situated at the rear of the villa to provide more privacy. A/C in living/dining room and all bedrooms.
Seafront villas are almost impossible to come by but the fantastic Casa del Mar offers spacious holiday accommodation right on the beachfront. The large terrace on the first floor catches lots of sun, an ideal spot for getting a tan or relaxing with a refreshing drink or reading a book.
The villa is big and spacious with five bedrooms which is perfect for large families or groups travelling together. Just 15 minutes walking to the town centre where you'll find a great range of restaurants and shops and we did mention it's right infront of the beach, right?
You will be in one of the best locations in Puerto Pollensa, if you book for the peak season you can expect a lively atmosphere from the road and beach by the villa. The pool at the back is quite private but you can expect to hear some night entertainment from the hotel next door once or twice a week.
