It is built on several levels with terraces on each level. The villa is ideal for families with children of all ages, looking for comfort and wishing to be close to all amenities.
This is a great family villa in Puerto Pollensa. With a lovely outdoor terrace and pool area we recommend this one for families who wish to spend quality time with one another at a great villa within walking distance to the beach. The villa is very spacious and ideally located in a residential area.
In the cooler months central heating is included in the price of the rental. When it's warmer, please note air conditioning is only in the bedrooms although the rest of the house keeps cool as it is very spacious. Pool towels included.
