The Villa is close by the road with a fantastic mountain views.
The house has been built ina ground level so that makes the stay more comfortable and stairs free making it perfect for children and old people. It's a comfortable house in a fashion design style.
A large lounge and dining room very light-filled, a television lounge with large sofas.
All rooms with air-conditioned. There are 5 rooms 3 of them double room with bathroom in suite and 2 twin rooms with 1 bathroom. It also have a separate wc.
There's squared swimming pool inside the solarium and sun-terraces.
There is also a porch with a big table beside the pool where to have lunch or dinner.
From the villa it's just a five-minute drive to Pollenca Old Town and the beaches and shops of Puerto Pollenca. Restaurants are even closer and within walking distance during day-light hours. There is now a pedestrianised pavement which leads to Puerto Pollenca from the villa.
