The villa has been beautifully refurbished in a sober and classical style, combining some of the original materials such as the rough stone walls, ceramic tiles and antique furniture pieces of the house with a clear modern touch. The villa exudes tranquility and peacefulness, inviting you to sit and read a book in the spectacular loggia, part of which was originally the dove cot. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying late afternoon drinks and meals or just merely enjoy the unique and spectacular views as you breath in the setting. The exterior has a large paved area with a dining area and pool. It is the perfect retreat for those looking for the authentic feel of Mallorca and for walkers as there are many trails nearby. It is around a 20 minute walk into the old town of Pollensa where there is a fruit and vegetable market every Sunday. Ideal for 6/7 people.
