From the paved front courtyard of the house we arrive to the building?s main entrance. The door opens to the dining room which is also the reception room. To the right there is the well equipped kitchen, the living room is straight passed the dining area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV and offers access to the covered terrace where you will find a beautiful wooden dining table, a lovely spot from where to enjoy the view that goes from the town of Manacor to the hills of the east coast located on the horizon. A staircase leads to the upper floor, with many bedrooms, bathrooms and terraces.
From the terrace of the living room a set of stairs lead to the salt water swimming pool terrace. The salt water is not sea water, salt is used as an alternative to chlorine it. This is very hygienic, skin friendly and ecologically sensible.
From the pool terrace a staircase leads to the football field which is not (of course) a regulated field, but one can play and have a lot of fun here with friends and family it is a pretty big field where your kids will love to play. It is also perfect for other activities like Frisbee games, Tai Chi at dawn or other athletic activities.
The beaches of the east and north coast are located around 25 minutes from this beautiful house.
