It is situated in the Mallorcan Village of Llucmajor, near centre of the village, which has a large pedestrianized town square with restaurants, bars, shops and a large weekly market, all of which are within easy walking distance. There are supermarkets and bus connections close by. It is opposite the village park gardens.
A gated communal entrance opens into an inner courtyard area which leads to the front door entrance. There is a large living room comprising of a lounge and dining area. The Kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped. The property has central air conditioning and heating. French doors off the living room lead onto a large terraced area which overlooks the pool. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The bathroom is situated along the hall way in-between the bedrooms. Leading off the kitchen is a laundry area and a partially covered patio area.
Information: No smoking inside the property. Towels and spare linen are provided on entry (note: we do not provide services and therefore the linen is provided on entry but not changed during your rental period).
