The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout and features include glass skylights, solid oak furniture and marble. The villa has in total 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 are suites with private bathrooms). Only a short drive away you have the trendy village of Jesus, Ibiza Town and the beach of Talamanca.
Villa Furnet is ideal for families, friends and groups wanting quality, luxury and comfort from the privacy of your own villa and being close the best Ibiza has to offer.
Two towering palms stand either side of the entrance way to Villa Furnet. The marble porch way leads into a stunning open plan living area where you can find large comfy sofas, a huge TV (with apple TV) and fire place. The main indoor dining area table is made from marble and has ample chairs for when everyone wishes to dine together. From here leads kitchen 1 (including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and American style fridge freezer.) , the master suite, a twin room, a single room, a bathroom and our quiet / chill out room with views over the pool area and garden.
The master suite boasts a 4 poster bed, walk in wardrobe and its own private bathroom complete with double sinks. The second level offers the option of privacy if you are two families or when you wish to chill out from your friends. It is equally as impressive with entrance into lounge area 2 (Comfy seating, flat screen TV with apple TV and PlayStation which is ideal for children). Again this area is open plan so you have the benefits of another dining area leading to kitchen number 2 (with oven/hob, fridge, microwave and another washer) On this level you have two further double suites (both with private bathrooms) and another double room. There is also a large bathroom with sunken bath and double sinks.
The outside area boasts a private swimming pool (9 X 5.5 MTS) surrounded by lawn and enough loungers for everyone to relax and sunbathe. To one side of the garden there is a waterfall / pond and a tropical garden with fruit trees. Most important of all you have the outdoor seating area with built in BBQ and seating area – ideal for that Al fresco dining. There is ample parking inside the villa grounds for 3 cars.
