The house is within a short distance from the old market, nightlife, in the middle of Ibiza. Its terrace offers panoramic views at 360°of the sea, the walls of the old city Dalt Vila and the complete port. First floor has large dining/living room with sofa-bed and fireplace. There is an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven-gas stove, washing machine, microwave and refrigerator.
Second floor comprises a bedroom with twin beds, large cupboard and study table. Large glass windows in the room offering beautiful views of the port. There is a modern bathroom with washbasin, WC and bathtub.
