The house is divided over 2 floors, and on the ground floor you will find the tastefully decorated open plan living and dining area with large windows and an open kitchen with breakfast bar. Downstairs is another living area with gym and sauna and with access to the pool with covered Bali-style chill out area. Perfect for anyone who wants to play a round of golf before hitting the town!

- Master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and built in closet space
- Bedroom 2 is located on the ground floor and has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and built in closet space
- Bedroom 3 is located on the downstairs floor and has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and built-in closet space
- Bedroom 4 is located on the downstairs floor and has a double bed, with built-in closet space and uses the bathroom adjacent to the room
- Bedroom 5 is located on the downstairs floor and has a twin (or double) bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and built-in closet space. Bedroom 5 also has a small kitchen with fridge to cook breakfast.
- Bedroom 6 is located on the downstairs floor (can be accessed through bedroom 5 or own separate door) and has a twin (or double) bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and built-in closet space
- Separate indoor gym with sauna
- There is the possibility to place an extra sofa bed and a foldable children´s bed downstairs
