it's not so computable to sleep 4 Pepole in the same room but it's possible to do if you ask ....

The people staying in the country house can leave the country house at 12:00 on the leaving day but on the arriving day the time the people can go inside the house is subjected to the time i need to make the house clean and ready for them. I ask your understanding and patience on your arriving day.

The Space if rented for rooms :
Magic country house built in the traditional ibicenco style with high wooden ceilings but decorated in a very unconventional way ( wich will specially delight children and adults young at heart ) and fully equipped to make a comfortable stay, including free wifi.
There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and anther room out and inside there is a main big room this is the biggest one.There in the house is a large double bed and a single beds can be added upon request at a surcharge of 30 euros per day. The bedroom comes equipped with sheets, towels, bedside tables, closet , window shades to block sunlight, TV, DVD, fan in the ceiling , a mosquito net in the window and a chimney. The villa can comfortably accomodate 8 people ,but two extra bed can be placed in the main bedroom at the extra cost of 30 € per bed per day

Guest Access
The three rooms in the main house share a bathroom with full bathtube. You can use the fully equipped common kitchen,the dining room and the sitting room. You can also use the garden and swimming pool area where there is table tennis, a barbacue , a nice outdoor dining area and an outdoor shower area and comfortable sunloungers.There are different lounge areas where you can find privacy and peaceful views.
The house is equipped with a sound system, tv, library, dvd collection. Free Wifi is available . For long staying guests we have two laundry machines.

I don´t live in the house but you can call me anytime if you need.
Rooms in my house are available for travellers all year round. Please contact me if you have any further questions and to check availability.I speak english, spanish, and hebrew.
The Neighborhood
The country house is quietly set amidst extensive grounds full of almond and centenary olive trees, with open views, in a very peaceful area with no inmediate neighbours around. It is just a few minutes drive from the coast ( 5 min drive from the beach , Es figueral beach, Aguas blancas, Benirras,etc ) and a short drive from the famous Las Dalias market and Santa Eulalia Del Rio with its many shops, food market, many restaurants and the yacht harbour.This privileged location makes this villa an ideal place to relax and a very good base for touring the island.
Getting around
Due to our location i must insist that you rent a car or moto for your stay. There is plenty of free parking space around the house.
Other Things to Note
In my house there are other rooms for rent so it is a social meeting place.
IMPORTANT AND USEFUL INFORMATION for the villa
holidayvillainibiza:
1.It is extremely important to fill up the water level of the swimming pool. In order to do that every two or three days you should take the house pipe of the garden , place it inside the pool and then turn on the tap water for around 30 - 45 minutes. It is important not to forget to turn off the water after a while when the pool is filled to the top !
2. The power fuses of the house are in the living room , behind the picture of red flowers above the sofa.
3. Regarding the use of the kitchen gas ,you should continue to press the button 5 more seconds after the fire comes on . After that you can reelase the button , the fire will stay lit.
4.Coloured lights that around the house are automatic on and off and they will close automatically....
5.For Pool light has a remote control wich It's outside on the table .Tge light in the pool are very nice and romantic in the night ..
6. If the noise of the fountain of the swimming pool bothers you. you can turn it off so that the water will stop flowing. The stopcock lies under the plastic boxes of the fountain.The water will continue flowing with no noise ....
7.Feel free to consume all the food in the fridge and in the kitchen...
8.-The power button of Nespresso coffee machine is on the lower back.
9.Supermarket : -Ask for Eroski big explanation and map to see location.It's 5 min drive it's in the way to Santa Eularia es Canar ...
10.If you think there is a problem, such as an electrical problem or seems to you that the pool water is not flowing , or any other problem you may notice , it's very important that you contact me immediately so I can fix this problem as soon as possible.

they will know where is the shop of the zumo frut in the way to San Juan ,... It's down on the road 2 min from the house so if the taxi will continue drive 500 miter more on the way to San Juan from this fruit shop you can wait for him on the road .. He will see you on the write side .... Also I can help you and call for you for taxi ... Just ask and all will be ok ...

The Space if rented for rooms :
Magic country house built in the traditional ibicenco style with high wooden ceilings but decorated in a very unconventional way ( wich will specially delight children and adults young at heart ) and fully equipped to make a comfortable stay, including free wifi.
There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and anther room out and inside there is a main big room this is the biggest one.There in the house is a large double bed and a single beds can be added upon request at a surcharge of 30 euros per day. The bedroom comes equipped with sheets, towels, bedside tables, closet , window shades to block sunlight, TV, DVD, fan in the ceiling , a mosquito net in the window and a chimney. The villa can comfortably accomodate 8 people ,but two extra bed can be placed in the main bedroom at the extra cost of 30 € per bed per day

Guest Access
The three rooms in the main house share a bathroom with full bathtube. You can use the fully equipped common kitchen,the dining room and the sitting room. You can also use the garden and swimming pool area where there is table tennis, a barbacue , a nice outdoor dining area and an outdoor shower area and comfortable sunloungers.There are different lounge areas where you can find privacy and peaceful views.
The house is equipped with a sound system, tv, library, dvd collection. Free Wifi is available . For long staying guests we have two laundry machines.

I don´t live in the house but you can call me anytime if you need.
Rooms in my house are available for travellers all year round. Please contact me if you have any further questions and to check availability.I speak english, spanish, and hebrew.
The Neighborhood
The country house is quietly set amidst extensive grounds full of almond and centenary olive trees, with open views, in a very peaceful area with no inmediate neighbours around. It is just a few minutes drive from the coast ( 5 min drive from the beach , Es figueral beach, Aguas blancas, Benirras,etc ) and a short drive from the famous Las Dalias market and Santa Eulalia Del Rio with its many shops, food market, many restaurants and the yacht harbour.This privileged location makes this villa an ideal place to relax and a very good base for touring the island.
Getting around
Due to our location i must insist that you rent a car or moto for your stay. There is plenty of free parking space around the house.
Other Things to Note
In my house there are other rooms for rent so it is a social meeting place.
IMPORTANT AND USEFUL INFORMATION for the villa

1.It is extremely important to fill up the water level of the swimming pool. In order to do that every two or three days you should take the house pipe of the garden , place it inside the pool and then turn on the tap water for around 30 - 45 minutes. It is important not to forget to turn off the water after a while when the pool is filled to the top !
2. The power fuses of the house are in the living room , behind the picture of red flowers above the sofa.
3. Regarding the use of the kitchen gas ,you should continue to press the button 5 more seconds after the fire comes on . After that you can reelase the button , the fire will stay lit.
4.Coloured lights that around the house are automatic on and off and they will close automatically....
5.For Pool light has a remote control wich It's outside on the table .Tge light in the pool are very nice and romantic in the night ..
6. If the noise of the fountain of the swimming pool bothers you. you can turn it off so that the water will stop flowing. The stopcock lies under the plastic boxes of the fountain.The water will continue flowing with no noise ....
7.Feel free to consume all the food in the fridge and in the kitchen...
8.-The power button of Nespresso coffee machine is on the lower back.
9.Supermarket : -Ask for Eroski big explanation and map to see location.It's 5 min drive it's in the way to Santa Eularia es Canar ...
10.If you think there is a problem, such as an electrical problem or seems to you that the pool water is not flowing , or any other problem you may notice , it's very important that you contact me immediately so I can fix this problem as soon as possible.

they will know where is the shop of the zumo frut in the way to San Juan ,... It's down on the road 2 min from the house so if the taxi will continue drive 500 miter more on the way to San Juan from this fruit shop you can wait for him on the road .. He will see you on the write side .... Also I can help you and call for you for taxi ... Just ask and all will be ok ...

Means of access
Deposit
you will need to transfer to my bank a security deposit euros for booking( per every week), such deposit to be returned to you at the end of youre stay, if all ok with the house
The cost of cleaning the pool and the house and prefer the house for you is 150 euros. This amount 150 euros will be deducted from the amount of deposit you paid or you will pay me for staying in the villa . on the last day that you leave the house you will get back your deposit from me less 150 euros. . Such deposit will be returned to you on the day you leave, provided everything is ok with the house
in order for you to do this I will give you ,all details of the bank account of me . and I will let you know at once ,when the monies have been received. the payment for the villa -country house will be due on youre arrival to Ibiza in cash. To book the villa country house you should transfer to my bank account a deposit euros . Such deposit will be returned to you on the day you leave, provided everything is ok with the house
