There is a shower room with toilet downstairs and a large family bathroom upstairs . The downstairs bedroom could suit a disabled person. There are small private gardens back and front with open countryside to the rear. The property is fully equipped for 6 people with an excellent kitchen including ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and washing machine. and a large living room with dining area and comfortable lounge area with 2 settees, TV, DVD and CD player. Double patio doors open on to a covered terrace with built-in BBQ. A short walking distance takes you to a superb safe and secluded sandy beach with Red Cross attending. Supermarkets, plenty of good restaurants/bars, a doctor’s surgery and pharmacy are all close to hand. Car hire, tourist information and bureau de change are located in the resort.

Rental rates include bed linen and towels. Payment accepted in the quoted currency unless other currency and amount is agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser. A deposit of 50% of the rental charge is payable at time of booking and the 50% balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your stay. At the time of the final payment a £200 returnable security deposit is payable.
