THE HOUSE IS SITUATED IN A QUIET RESIDENCIAL AREA, 200m from the beach, 100m from the shopping area, 500m from the Olympic pool, 500m from the bus stop. A 65 km from the airport of Palma de Mallorca.
In the public bus, you can go to many nearby towns, including: Ses Salines, Santanyi, Cala Figuera, Campos, LLuchmayor, and also, to Palma.
Colonia de Sant Jordi is a fishing port, located in the south of Mallorca, is a traditional summer resort for many mallorcan people. It is surrounded by numerous natural beaches and crystal clear water, for example: Es Trenc, playa del Marques, the harbor beach, accessible on foot.
Cala Marmols, Caragol, which can be reached on foot from the Cap Salines, located about 10km from Colonia de Sant Jordi.
There is possibility of fishing, diving, snorkeling, and water activities.
There is a full range of bars, cafes and restaurants in the harbor area, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere.
Commercial area with supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, etc ... There is the interpretation center Cabrera National Park.
You can make boat trips, to the island of Cabrera, a National Park land and Maritimo Sail catamaran cruise along the coast, visiting the beaches and coves of the area.
Near the beach Es Trenc, there is salt extraction of sea salt and fleur de sel. This is an area of ornithological interest.
