Located in the center of Mallorca ( Sencelles ) , and only 25 minutes from Palma de Mallorca airport . (Son Sant Joan ) and close to the beaches ( Pollensa -Alcudia ) as well as of the Serra de Tramuntana ( UNESCO world heritage ) .
Thanks to its privileged location allows you to enjoy a few days of total relaxation and enjoy nature and close to the beaches nearby or enjoy trekking in the mountains.
Surrounded by the vast majority of the best vineyards in Mallorca , have the opportunity to see first hand the Mallorcan winemaking , prized among connoisseurs as well as tour the whole area by bicycle , as the house is in a major cycle routes in Mallorca ( Cami vell wall ) .
The ECO HOUSE , feeds exclusively on solar energy, which sustains all the home comforts .
Water safe to drink , is drawn from a vein in groundwater near the house , which is all natural and rich in minerals.

The house has its own organic garden (depending on season) and laying hens, which are only fed natural grain seeds .
The house fully lined with natural stone from Santanyi , has been built by a real MARGER ( master of the stone) . Trying to include in the design of the house both native plants as products of the island , often recycled .
The house of 130 m2 , is in an area of ??about 5,000 m2 and has a spacious living room with fireplace and a great kitchen, all of about 60 m2 with access to an outside porch of 40 m2 . Where to eat and meet friends and family will be of the best moments that take our island .
With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) , there is room enough for 6 adults and a child .
All rooms have a wardrobe and drawers.
The en suite bathroom has a large bath tub and general bathroom has shower .
We have a large flat TV with a satellite dish and a DVD player ( movies available ) , wifi and a music player for iPhone / iPod . Both air conditioning, heating.
The house (exterior ) has a large garden with lawn and a chill -out very nice overlooking the vineyards . Pool where you can cool off , a beautiful outdoor shower and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal made with wood.
We have a large annex 60 m2 , with beautiful views , multipurpose area where both can do physical exercises as a stationary bike , stretching, yoga, ... Or simply meditate or relax .
Leaving your disposal three bikes so you can explore the beautiful grounds surrounding this home.
And a large kennel of 30 m2 and automatic drinker for animal lovers .
Large areas around the house with various trees native to the area and fruit , which are at your disposal .
