The main bedroom has a double bed with windows that overlook the gardens while the second bedroom has bunk beds. The lounge has two sofas, one that can be converted in to a double bed. There is ample wardrobe space for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric hob/oven washing machine and all one would expect to find in a modern apartment. There is a breakfast bar between the kitchen and the lounge. The lounge is double aspect giving it a very bright airy feel about it. The patio doors lead out to the large terrace where there is patio furniture for six plus plenty of space to sunbathe. The apartment block is the most attractive building around the bay. It is very Spanish in appearance, with white painted tiered terraces, with gardens and lawns that you can walk through to take you down to the beach. The apartment has its own convenient ground floor entrance yet the terrace overlooks the gardens, swimming pool and sea. A 50-yard walk through the gardens takes you straight onto the beach. Alternatively, relax by the private pool. The apartment block is built on the sea front unique in Mallorca.
