The house has one about 90 square meters, on which there is a living room with stove fireplace, a dining area, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and two fully equipped kitchens (inside and outside). The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge, freezer and a coffee maker.
2 The house features 100 sqm of living space. The living room integrates the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a dining area. There are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
In both houses there is free Wi-Fi, a docking station for Smartphone/MP3 and satellite TV.
Especially the spacious outdoor area (approx 1000m2 plot) with the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, herb garden and barbecue area enjoys great popularity among the guests. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with mature trees and plants stock (palms, Bougainville, cactus garden and locally typical flowering plants). From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the nightly sunsets. The pool also invites you to take a refreshing dip after sunbathing.
The house is ideal for family reunions or for families who want to vacation together, but each can also withdraw times.
For the cooler part of the season and the winter, the house, by means of central heating also comfortable to be heated.
