Immersed in 15,000 square meters Mediterranean garden and surrounded by a typical island stone wall you enjoy complete privacy.
The property has an electric gate and is not visible.
By car you can reach nice bars, good restaurants, shopping facilities and the nearby beaches of Cala Santanyi and Cala Mondrago. In a few minutes Also to the port of Porto Petro and Cala d`Dor are only a few kilometers.
About a driveway lined with thick oleander bushes to get to the entrance to your "home".
The heart of the Finca is a vaulted hall in your own unique design with lots of charm and style.
This extremely spacious room located on 140 square meters on one side a comfortable large sitting area with a piano, a fireplace and satellite TV / DVD player (all German programs are available).
On the other side of the vaulted hall is a spacious open kitchen, fully furnished, which makes the heart of every amateur chef schagen higher. This is the typical mallorqunischen style and operates on cosiness nothing to be desired.
A large dining table can accommodate 10 people.
From the dining area takes you to a patio where you can relax and unwind during the splashing water and the lush vegetation under the tower in a secluded seating area. This area provides shade and protection from wind.

There is a BBQ area and electric grill as well as an outdoor shower.
A little lavender path leads you to a spanned with awnings spot where you can lose yourself in yoga, meditation or with painting at an easel in the "here and now".

Upon arrival the Finca from 16.00 clock is ready and handed over on departure to 10:00 clock.
We are happy to offer advanced . arrival and departure times if the finca is not booked any transition.
Our rooms are Non smoking rooms. In the outdoor complex is everywhere but no ashtrays and smoking is permitted.
Reservations Notwithstanding 7 nights are welcome to be discussed with us and are of course possible depending on the workload of the Finca.
Surcharges:
A Cleaning 250.00 euros is payable in cash on the House.
