It has a gated entrance and a parking area at the front, and there is a covered brick BBQ 'casita' with outside dining table to enjoy al-fresco dining. The outdoor areas are very pleasant with a private swimming pool and an extensive lawned garden with trees, which offers many shady places to sit and read a book. The villa is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. A 25% non-refundable deposit will confirm your booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
