The apartment is set in a wonderful garden with pool next to the main house and located in the green and quiet outskirts of Palma de Mallorca. Only a few minutes from the citycenter by bus or by car. The perfect accommodation if you want to discover the island or explore the beautiful sights of Palma's old town. Beaches and 3 of the island's top golf courses are just minutes away. Free WiFi internet connection is included in the renting price as well as heating during winter season or air conditioning during summer time. Always free parking in front of the house.

Die Wohnungen sind eingebettet in einer schönen Gartenanlage mit Pool und befinden sich am grünen und ruhigen Stadtrand von Palma de Mallorca. Die ideale Unterkunft, wenn Sie die Insel und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten entdecken oder die schöne Altstadt Palmas erkunden wollen. Der Stadtbus (200m vom Haus) bringt Sie im 8-Minutentakt und in 18 Minuten in das Herz der Innenstadt, sodass Sie nicht unbedingt einen Mietwagen benötigen. Um die Insel besser erkunden zu können, ist ein Mietwagen jedoch von Vorteil. Immer genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
Strände und die 3 Top Golfplätze Son Vida, Son Muntaner und Son Quint sind nur Minuten entfernt.
