This is a very charming Ibizan renovated farmhouse.
720 m2 well built stone finca set on a 40,000 m2 gated property, and situated in the quiet countryside close to Santa Gertrudis off the Sant Joan road.
The main house has 6 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, some with private terrace and jacuzzi, a large fully equipped kitchen, large dining and living room, with a library and laundry room.
Can Ale has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and central heating. All rooms have a TV and a safety box.
The living room has a fireplace and LCD SAT TV.
The pool house has a large living room, sound system and large dining area for 16.
It has its own kitchen, BBQ area and 2 guest bathrooms with showers and one additional double suite with bathroom.
Outside there is a large pool, deck chairs, parasols and outside furniture.
There is ample parking.
Price include 4 hours daily cleaning except Sundays.
