The main floor with the entrance, kitchen, dining, living and TV areas also has a double bedroom which leads out to the main terrace.
From the main floor you descend to the lower floor with 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one double room and one twin which both share a bathroom.
By the pool is a charming wooden cabana with a double bedroom and an en suite bathroom, mini bar, dressing room with air conditioning.
The plot is gated and has private parking.
The house is in a very quiet area with few neighbours and very accessible from the road.
Cleaning 3 /week, 4 hours per day is included (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
