The Villa is situated on a hillside within the prestigious Riviera Del Sol, about half way between Fuengirola and Marbella/Puerto Banus, famous for its boutiques, restaurants and Saturday morning market. The quaint and pretty mountain village of Mijas Pueblo is only 10 minutes away. Under the same private ownership for over 30 years, the villa is ideally located for every holiday requirement and is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, golf course and tennis club, however a car is recommended for ease and comfort. From the large pool terrace there are superb views over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the mountains of North Africa.
It has two bedrooms in the main villa and below is a separate apartment of a one bedroom but can also have a bed settee made up in the lounge for two more people. The front door leads from the porch onto a very pleasant patio area with a large round stone ornament table which seats at least 6 people, and also a large sunshade umbrella. To the left is a raised patio area tiled to match the lower patio. This also has a table and chairs. Steps to the lower patio area with a larger circular cassita (Spanish bar) and canopy with a roller shutter which opens up to reveal a wooden serving area containing a fridge. Opposite this is a very relaxing garden room which is situated under the villa, with wicker furniture and lighting. It is an ideal place to relax and read in peace.
The garden furniture includes deck chairs, sun loungers and small tables. There is also a gas barbecue. In the main area of this patio garden is a large 10x6m swimming pool (Approximately 1m descending to 2.3m deep) which is ideal for family swimming. Gates, which can be tied or padlocked, can be used to keep small children away from the pool area. For your security and safety an alarm system linked to the emergency services is fitted. Towels and linen are provided but not beach towels. Laundry is changed once a week.
Subject to your arrival time, you will be met at the villa by our representative who will show you around and answer any questions you may have. The villa is air conditioned in the 2 bedrooms in the main villa and in the apartment. The main villa has Sky TV, HiFi and DVD player and internet. The villa is, unfortunately, unsuitable for disabled access as there are steps leading into the villa and down to the pool.
A selection of welcome packs are available on request to ensure essential groceries are awaiting your arrival, as are travel cots, baby seats, highchairs and any other items to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
