It has five bedrooms and baths, two large living rooms and three terraces. It was decorated by Kensington Interiors and has featured in Casa Vogue and other mags. Even with ten guests there is enough room for privacy. It has fully-equipped marble bathrooms and kitchen; has BBC satellite TV, CD and cassette players. The beaches and restaurants, shops and cafes are a few minutes walk, and the old centre of Estepona is a 15 minute stroll along the sea paseo. 20 golf courses of all standards are within 20 minutes drive, as is Selwo Safari Park. Puerto Banus is 15 minutes drive; Ronda 90 mins; Sevilla and Granada two hours.
The house is organised for entertaining, with two dining rooms, but also for children, for whom there is a toys cupboard, and a children's play park in the port. A separate self-contained flat of two rooms K&B is also available.
