This stunning three bedroom villa is full of character, with a private gated entrance and beautiful grounds containing an enchanting ornamental pond, a wonderful swimming pool area with shade for al fresco dining provided by a grand old olive tree and a really fabulous barbecue and “outdoor kitchen”!
This spacious family villa is approached through a private gate and the drive leads to a double garage and the imposing front doors. Upon entering the hallway of the villa there is an impressive marble staircase. To the right there is a guest cloakroom and also the large kitchen with a central table with seating for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and also has a door leading to the garage, which makes life a lot easier when returning with supplies for the evening’s barbecue! The kitchen has a door leading to a covered terrace with another table and chairs and out to the garden beyond.
To the left of the hallway is a large comfortable living room with a fireplace and seating arrangement around a large coffee table, with another sofa arranged for TV viewing. There is also a dining table and chairs and large picture windows with views onto the ornamental pond and the birds that come to visit it.
Upstairs, there is parquet flooring and a large picture window overlooking the gardens and pool. The master bedroom is to the right with built in wardrobes, sofa, TV, double bed and en-suite bathroom with corner bath unit and two hand basins. There is a also an adjoining shower room. There are two additional bathrooms; one with a full bath and the other with shower. There is also a utility/laundry room housing the washing machine and ironing board The bathrooms are shared between a further two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with two single beds and all built in wardrobes and large windows giving a light airy feel. The three bedrooms are air conditioned.
The gardens of this villa are really attractive with a private pool area and ideal for those who enjoy outdoor living, barbecuing and relaxing round the pool. The villa is situated in a quiet, residential urbanisation but just a few kilometres to all the amenities and beaches of Fuengirola. There are several restaurants and a large supermarket nearby.
