Although it maintains the constructive characteristics and the original essence we have transformed it into a very luminous diaphanous space, with four meters of vertical clearance, overturned to the place of the Maldonados through three enormous windows. A new contemporary space.
The bathroom is opened to a small private patio that lodges a self-sufficient vertical garden, a singular design of urban naturalization by GRINEA pioneering in Seville.
The stay includes all the ingredients for the breakfast: fresh bread, variable coffee, teas, soluble cacao, milk, butter, jam, honey, olive oil, cereals, cakes, seasonal fruit… and if you have some preference we will consider it!
HISTORIC CENTRE. The apartment is in “the middle of the city centre”, between La Encarnación and La Macarena, in a neighborhood in the ongoing process of transformation, where the local population coexists with the more heterogeneous and alternative proposals of the city.
In the surroundings of the Alameda de Hercules, an urban park of 35,000 m2 centre of cultural, gastronomical activities and of leisure.
We have to your disposition a series of maps where we have located some of our favorite places: markets, bars, restaurants… places that not always appear in the guides but without a doubt, they are a good sample of the habits and local tastes.
Next to the Feria Street and Montesión Square, Los Maldonados Square houses the "mercado del Jueves" (Thursday’s market) the oldest open air market of Seville, their origin is in the thirteenth century, and takes place on Thursdays morning.
