Both have fitted wardrobes. Both have Pay-as-u-go Air-conditioning. Water is heated by Solar. Modern kitchen with fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge,freezer, dishwasher, toaster, iron and board. Dining table & chairs for 6 plus a highchair. Fully equipped outside kitchen, around large brick barbecue with shaded eating area. Washing machine, pegs and washing line. Ironing board and iron. Cot and bedding (on request) and a highchair are available. There is 1 Beach Towel per person. Kitchen/diner opens onto the living room. A comfortable space to relax with a Rattan suite and ceiling fan. The room features a traditional Spanish corner fireplace. TV with English channels. DVD player,CD player, books, games and toy box. Refundable Damage Deposit £100 . 25% deposit required when booking, balance due 1 month prior to departure. £50 for cleaning and £100 retainer against breakages and damage, returned upon safe receipt of the keys. There is a 10% discount for stays of 2 weeks and over. Long stay economical winter rentals are negotiable by contacting the owner.
