It is well furnished with a double bedroom, second bedroom with twin beds and a double bed settee in the lounge area. There are two bathrooms one is en-suite and a well fitted kitchen. There is a nice view from the balcony towards and to the Mediterranean. The complex is safe for children and the apartment can be accessed from the basement car park via lift so it is also suitable for older people and people with mobility problems. The complex has a large communal pool,an outdoor jacuzzi, kiddies pool and two other pools located in spacious and well maintained mediterranean style gardens, with plenty of space for sunbathing. We supply sun loungers for the pool area. There are trained lifeguards on duty throughout the Summer months. The pool area has its own seperate toilet facilities and there is plenty of shade from the tall palms and sun shades if the sun gets too hot for you. We recently upgraded our broadband which is included in the rental and have all Irish and UK channels available on our new smart tv (Excluding sky sports)
It is a golfers paradise with up to 30 courses within a thirty minute drive.
There is a good and cheap bus service running every thirty minutes in both directions from Fuengirola to Marbella
