The spacious apartment (105 sq. m) enjoys views of lush tropical gardens with swimming pool. Ideally suited for 4 but can cater for up to 6 people. This is a base where one can chill out, relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings. It is a five minute stroll to a sandy beach with water sports, restaurants and bars and where sun loungers and umbrellas are available for hire. The glamorous towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, Ronda, Granada and Seville can all be experienced from this great location. This spacious first floor apartment in Marbella has all the comforts of home. Air conditioning and marble flooring come as standard and the roller blinds are electric. Apartment is accessible for wheelchair users as lifts are provided for all floors, including the garage. The gated development has video entrance and a concierge. It is perfectly safe for children as the main recreational areas are enclosed. The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the beach yet only 3 km from the Old Town of Marbella, with its renowned restaurants. The bedrooms have generous built in wardrobes and have twin zip-lock beds that can, if you prefer, be converted to super king size beds. Each of the two bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. The en-suite for the master bedroom has a bath with jacuzzi, shower, twin sinks, bidet and w/c. En-suite for the guest bathroom has a hydro-massage shower, sink and w/c. While towels and bed linen are included in the rental price, clients are asked to bring their own towels for the pool and beach, where possible. Our management team provide a thorough cleaning just prior to your arrival. They can provide interim cleaning and linen changes during your stay at a small extra cost. Sliding doors lead from lounge to the balcony with its table and 4 chairs. Access to the balcony from both living room and kitchen. From the apartment one can clearly see the communal swimming pool in the gardens, the Rio Real golf course and the mountains in the distance complete with their little white villages.
